Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No. 1816 of 2022 arising out of Complaint Case No. 94 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 120(B), 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have

Further submission is that the petitioner no. 1 is an old man aged about 77 years and is suffering from several diseases, as contained in Annexure-3 series. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioner no. 2 is a medical practitioner and at the time of alleged occurrence, he was going under a medical treatment, the medical report is annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Learned counsel lastly submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Trial No. 1816 of 2022 arising out of Complaint Case No. 94 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
