JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 It appears from the perusal of the impugned order dated 18.08.2016 that the order is totally innocuous in nature and this Court fails to appreciate how these petitioners may have any grievance against the said order by which the learned Sessions Judge has directed the trial court to dispose of the case at the earliest as the case is that of the year 2000.

The application seems to be wholly misconceived. The application stands dismissed.

The petitioners having wasted the time of the Court would be liable to pay a cost of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) in the Juvenile Welfare Fund of the Social Welfare Department of the Government of Bihar within a period of four weeks from today and file a receipt thereof in the Registry.
