The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Both the parties are Gotia and there is land dispute between them. Further submission is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
