ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.
The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For directing the respondent Bank authorities of take the payment of due amount of home loan A/C No. 37475427596 from SBI SURAKSHA A/C No. 37486878068 of Respondent No. 6 and close the said loan account.
(ii) For a direction to respondent authorities to return back the document of the property mortgage against the loan A/C No.
37475427596.
(iii) For directing the respondent no. 4 to close the Account No. 10839317524 which stand in the name of deceased husband of petitioner No.1.
(iv) For directing the respondent No. 5 to release the amount lying in P.P.F. A/C No.30669436942 in favour of petitioner no.1 as she is the nominee of said account."
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the competent authority/ forum/ court for redressal of the
aforesaid grievances of the petitioners. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
