Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertently the detailed address of the petitioners was wrongly recorded in the bail petition and now the petitioners have filed the present modification application to modify the order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.89145 of 2025 to the extent that the correct address of the petitioners may be incorporated in the order.

3. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28604 of 2026(3) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 the correct address of the petitioners be read which is incorporated in the modification application i.e. Cr.Misc. No. 28604 of 2026 in place of wrong address of the petitioners was incorporated in the bail order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.89145 of 2025 and further the time for surrender of petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.89145 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
