On account of non-compliance of peremptory order, Miscellaneous Appeal No. 285 of 1994 arising out of an Award granted in a Motor Vehicle Accident has been made to challenge asking for an enhancement thereof, wherein there happens to be some short of controversy regarding status of petitioner no. 2,3 and 4 as minor or major. By efflux of time, they might have attained majority. From the order dated 27.11.2015 it is evident that an application on that very score was filed but the same happens to be traceless and so petitioners were directed to file a copy of the said petition which has not yet been filed. At an earlier occasion there was absence of the petitioners and in the likewise manner, also there happens to be absence of petitioners.
