Vide order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14240 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing her to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but she failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to medical treatment in AIIMS, Patna.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14240 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25515 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 this order in connection with Manjhauliya P.S. Case No. 363 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Bettiah and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
