The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427, 212, 186, 353, 427 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Damage to Public Property Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that frivolous case has been lodged against the petitioner only because he is having adjoining land near the place of occurrence where the cavalcade of the Chief Minister has been stoned. Save and except the said allegation, there is nothing on record to implicate the petitioner.
