Petitioner, being a father-in-law, is an accused in connection with Khajanchi Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.03.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
