2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ or writs, order or orders direction or directions to the Respondent authorities to get measured and demarcated the land in question for the petitioner is running which pillar to post from the year 2022.

3. Matter relates to khata no. 58 plot no. 23 (area 30 decimals) situated in village-Dumariyan in the district of Rohtas.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the revenue authorities look into his application and do the needful for demarcation/measurement vis-a-vis the respondents so that he is able to have peace on his land.

5. In this case, the coordinate bench had directed the State to file affidavit on 15.11.2025 but even after lapse of five months, there is no affidavit.

6. This Court has option to impose cost while granting second adjournment. Alternatively, it deems fit and proper to allow the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bikramganj (respondent no.6) alongwith proper application and

Patna High Court CWJC No.7224 of 2025(3) dt.17-03-2026 3/3 requisite fee who shall be duty bound to issue notice to all the stake holders, fix a date and in the presence of all, measure/demarcate the land of the petitioner vis-a-vis the respondents.

7. The entire procedure must be completed within a period of three months from the date the copy of the order alongwith the petition of the petitioner is received in his/her office.

8. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
