2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that police, on the basis of secret information, recovered twelve stolen

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case at the instance of local enemies. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner runs a motorcycle repairing shop and so far as the recovered motorcycles are concerned, no any complain has even been lodged for the theft of the same. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. Learned APP further referring to paragraph no.5 of the case diary submitted that this petitioner is indulged in illegal sale and purchase of the stolen motorcycles.

6. Having considered the rival submissions of both the parties and material placed on record, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek regular bail before the learned Court below and the learned
