The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hasanpur P.S. case No.121 of 2016 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head and hand. Hand of the informant was fractured and doctor opined the injury to be grievous in nature. The informant also got injury on his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner purchased the orchard in the year 1996 but the informant without any document claimed title over the land. The petitioner also sustained injuries and for that petitioner filed a complaint case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45818 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head and hand and bone of the hand of informant was found fractured, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
