Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is driver of the vehicle from which about 2600 liters of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges or after three months from today, whichever is earlier, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Halsi Police Station Case No. 214 of 2018, subject to the condition
