Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 147, 149, 153A, 353, 332,m 295A, 296, 500, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(E) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33454 of 2022.
