I.A.No. 8537 of 2014 is permitted to be withdrawn. The writ application is dismissed for the reasons that there seems to be motive behind filing of the present writ application. However, the Principal Secretary, Health and Director-in-Chief, Health Services do have an obligation to ensure that no body is entitled to continue at a particular post and station in violation of the Government Rules and Regulations. Writ application is dismissed.
