The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chausa(Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,448,354(B),307,380,504,506/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation against him. The fact is that one Ramanand Sah full brother of the informant was murdered by sons of the informant for which Chause P.S. Case No. 106 of 2006 was instituted in which the petitioner was witness. Also the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.54389 of 2016 (6) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Chausa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
