The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 59892 of 2017, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint case No.711C of 2013, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Gaya and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bond. It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence in the address column of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.59892 of 2017, the address of petitioner has been typed as 'village Chalipurwa, Police Station Barh, District Patna' in place of 'village Bhadaul, Police Station Hilsa,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4509 of 2018(2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 District Nalanda'.
Let in the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.38027 of 2017, the address of petitioner be read as 'village Bhadaul, Police Station Hilsa, District Nalanda' in place of 'village Chalipurwa, Police Station Barh, District Patna'.
It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order well be same. The order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 59892 of 2017, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
