2. The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.12.2018 passed in Appeal No. 625/2018 by the Chairperson State Appellate Authority, Education
Patna High Court CWJC No.8716 of 2019 dt.13-02-2024 2/3 Department, Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder the said appeal was disallowed and upheld the order dated 21.08.2018 passed in Appeal No. 04/2018 by District Appellate Authority, Buxar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applications were invited for engagement of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra by the Gram Panchayat Authorities, Ahirauli within the District of Buxar in 2005. The petitioner and other candidates applied for the same along with all the requisite papers. After scrutinization, the final merit list was prepared and subsequently, the petitioner was selected as Panchayat Siksha Mitra. The concerned Mukhiya had issued the letter of engagement and he joined in Middle School, Ahirauli on 02.06.2005. Thereafter, they were sent for training in Block Resource Center, Buxar under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan from 19.11.2005 to 23.12.2005, for which a certificate was issued by the Co-ordinator Block Resource Center, Buxar vide Memo No. 692-746 dated 23.12.2005.
4. It is further submitted that the employment of PSMs, employed in Ahirauli Gram Panchayat, was cancelled vide Memo No. SSA-2016 dated 25.04.2006, issued by D.S.E.-cumDistrict Programme Coordinator, Buxar. The honorarium was

Learned counsel for the respondent(s) submits that the initial appointment of the petitioner was made for 11 months and after completion of the period of 11 months, his employment was not renewed by the Sukh Suvidha Committee of the Gram Panchayat Ahirauli and the post of PSM stood abolished from 01.07.2006, and therefore, the case of the petitioner for reinstatement was not justified.
6. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
7. Permission is granted.
