KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-09-2020 Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- "(i) For direction to the respondent authorities to make a bright spot at marketing places/public places which allows the people to purchase the essential things or regular commodities from the market with keeping 6foot distance from others and vegetable vendors should also maintain 6 feet distance from one another by appointing a Magistrate on each and every public place in the state of Bihar during Corona epidemic which is
Patna High Court CWJC No.7543 of 2020(2) dt.09-09-2020 2/3 implemented by the Central Government of India for the safety of their citizen during Corona epidemic.
(ii) For direction to the respondent authority to open the marketing place/public place for fixed period of time in each and every district of the state of Bihar in the welfare of the citizen during Corona epidemic. (iii) For direction to the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar and the Director General of police to monitor the marketing places/public places with the help of District Magistrate and the Superintendent of police in each and every District.
(iv) For direction to the respondent authorities to implement the rules to wear mask by each and every person on the public place or public road during Corona epidemic.
(v) For direction the respondent authority to make proper arrangement in the hospital for treatment of the person suffering from Corona epidemic and proper supply of oxygen in the Hospital.
(vi) For any other relief/reliefs admissible under the law in the interest of justice for protection of life of the people residing in the State of Bihar."
After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the respondents and more specifically respondent No.3, the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid
Patna High Court CWJC No.7543 of 2020(2) dt.09-09-2020 3/3 terms and also liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required.
