JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioners since the month of April 2013 till date inasmuch as they are working as Panchayat teacher under Gram Panchayat Raj, Kusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that the petitioners would be approaching the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Darbhanga, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Darbhanga i.e. the respondent no. 6 and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
