JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/153A/386 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have demanded Rs. 5 lacs from the informant and made indiscriminate firing. Petitioner is accused in six other criminal cases from before.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his criminal antecedent, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
