The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i)Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the enquiry report dated 8.10.2015 issued and submitted by Enquiry Officer-cum-Senior Manager which is addressed to the General Manager/Disciplinary Officer Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (contained in Annexure 6) wherein and whereunder the charges leveled against the petitioner have been found proved. (ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry against the petitioner afresh in a fair manner giving him full opportunity for his defence and providing him all the documents sought by him

(iii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any action against the petitioner on the basis of enquiry report dated 8.10.2015 contained in Annexure-6 and not to harass him."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the file has been taken away by the petitioner, hence he is not in a position to assist this Court. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank submits that during the interregnum period, the departmental proceeding in question has already been concluded and the petitioner has been inflicted with punishment, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
