JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 272/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are wife and son of Suresh Tiwari, who allegedly had taken away Rs. 20 lacs from the petrol pump, where he was appointed as a Manager.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have nothing to do with the said money, but the allegation has been made that when the employees of the informant went to the house of these petitioners, they made an attempt with Farsa and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45696 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 Kudal for killing them. On apprehension of danger of the life all the persons returned from there.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 272/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J.) Rakhi U T
