2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Aanganbari Sevika in Village- Samastpura, Gram Panchayat - Semari, Ward No. 14, Block Mashrarkh, District - Saran on the basis of the merit list dated 27.06.2019 issued by the respondent as such in the above merit list petitioner has obtained 1st Position.
(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate relief or reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Petitioner is a candidate for the recruitment to the post of Aaganbari Sevika in Village - Samastpura, Gram Panchayat - Semari, Ward No. 14, Block Mashrakh, District - Saran.
4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to why the petitioner is not entitled to be selected and appointed to the post of Aaganbari Sevika for the aforesaid Centre or not? Such a speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
