Vide order dated 11.01.2023 it was submitted by counsel for the State that all admissible dues has already been paid. In this regard counsel for the petitioner sought two weeks' time to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit and on this ground, the case was adjourned.

Today counsel for the petitioner submits that as per information, petitioner has been received Rs.7.13 lacs in her account but still there is some due.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11308 of 2021(5) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 Counsel for the State submits that the dues of only one month pension is there due to technical default and it shall likely to be removed within couple of months. In this view of the matter, this writ application is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner, if the said amount of one month pension shall not come to her account within eight weeks, in that case 9% interest shall be charged on the said arrears and the State shall liberty to realize the said interest from the pocket of the erring officilas.

With this direction, the present writ application is disposed off.
