Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. case no. 118 of 2017, registered under Sections 341,323, 324, 379, 354, 504, and 307/34 of the IPC. It is stated that the informant and the petitioner are full brothers. Owing to land dispute the incident had occurred. There is a counter version also. From the impugned order as well as the FIR, it appears that specific allegation of having caused injury on the head of the informant and his wife is attributed to the petitioner.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected. Petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3114 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 the learned Court below. If he does so, the learned Court below shall consider his case on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order.
