The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) To pass the appropriate writ or direction(s) commanding the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment done by the Private respondents on the government land recorded in Khatiyan bearing Khata No. 551, Khesra No. 1047, Area 2 Acre 13 Decimal described as Gairmajarua Chour situated under Mauja- Amari, Ward No. 16, Village-

Chhourahi, District-Begusarai. ii) To pass the appropriate direction to the government/state authorities especially the Circle Officer, Chhourahi and S.H.O. of Chhourahi Police Station to give effect to and execute the order passed by the D.C.L.R., Manjhoul for removal of encroachment from the land in question in Encroachment case No. 03/20-21."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
