2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 118(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.11.2025 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injury caused to the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
