The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 43 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is land dispute between the parties and on account of that altercation took place between them for which case and counter case have been lodged by the parties. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.02.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
