Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks.
The case is registered under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No. 89 of 2020.
As per the allegation in the FIR, the informant has alleged about killing of her daughter by the son-in-law and other family members.
The petitioners herein are 'Devar' and 'Devrani' of the deceased and as per the averment made in the FIR, they

No.26820 of 2022(2) dt.26-08-2022 2/3 lived separately from them and had no tole to play in the matter and only because they belonged to the said family, have been implicated in this case. It is further averred in the bail application that one of the accused, the (Gotni) of the deceased has since been released on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32529 of 2021 on 24.12.2021 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Taking into account the fact that the two petitioners herein are 'Devar' and Devrani', one of them being a lady, are in jail since 25.2.2022 (as stated in para-19 of the bail application) and they have no criminal antecedents as also the fact bail has been extended to one of the family members (Gotni), this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of bail.
Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.
(ii) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26820 of 2022(2) dt.26-08-2022 3/3 dates without plausible reasons will entail cancellation of bail by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) they shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds;
With the aforesaid observations, the bail application is allowed.
