Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.30 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 279, 304, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is a bus driver and allegation against this petitioner is that he was driving the bus rashly and negligently which led to fatal injury to a boy. Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the Court is inclined to grant bail to this petitioner, let the above named petitioner be

No.27253 of 2020(2) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran (Motihari) in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.30 of 2020.
