The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that petitioner no.1 Sib Chandra Yadav made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant when protest was made she was assaulted by him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also wherein petitioners' side has also received injuries. Though, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55255 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 accused in one another case.

Considering the case lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.105 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
