Petitioners are in custody in connection with Majhaulya P.S.Case No.31 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner no.1 is Dewar whereas petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case, the husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27251 of 2020(2) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 Cr.Misc.No.59597 of 2019 dated 24.09.2019 ( Annexure-2), In view of the fact that husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail vide Annexure-2, the Court is left with no option but to grant bail to these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact, the Court is inclined to grant bail to these petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No.31 of 2019.
