The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise And Prohibition Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Court No.- 1, Siwan.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27230 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
