Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harnaut (Telmar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 464 of 2015 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Informant has alleged that petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, alongwith sautan of his sister killer his sister Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that deceased committed suicide by hanging which is evident from post mortem report.

Considering the gravity of allegations levelled

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54397 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 against the petitioner as also the supervision note, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
