This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the first information report some accused were involved in illegal sale of milk. Names of the petitioners have transpired in the disclosure statement of the coaccused. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rahui (Bhagan Bighia) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sharawan Prabhat, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
