The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and have no criminal antecedent. In the written report the informant alleged that deceased Punit Yadav had performed love marriage with her on 06.12.2016. The family members of the informant did not like the alleged marriage because it was intercaste marriage. The husband of the informant (since deceased)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27335 of 2019(4) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 has been killed by the accused persons as named in the written report. The petitioners are in custody since 13.02.2019. The coaccused has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 77552 of 2018 dated 15.01.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura.
