2. This is 4th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 01.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1412 of 2024 with an observation to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, trial has not been concluded and the case is running for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2020 i.e. more than five years.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on
