====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being the young lady, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She is a student of medical college. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner in the F.I.R. and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.54387 of 2016 (6) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
