The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 337 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
