According to the F.I.R. the named accused persons kidnapped Kavita Kumari, minor daughter of the informant for some illicit and immoral purposes. It is submitted that the petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. They have got no criminal antecedent. The victim girl did not name the petitioners in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. However, in 164 Cr.P.C. statement she has named the petitioners. No other allegation is against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two
