Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.70 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other in-laws of the deceased killed her by administering poison for non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and the husband is already in judicial custody as stated in para 10 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.70 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
