====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case, on 19.06.2019 at 10:00 P.M. while the informant was at his shop, accused persons came there and co-accused Ravi gave knife blow on the thigh and head of the informant causing injury to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. He is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused, namely, Aman

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22895 of 2020(5) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 Kumar having similar allegation has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87128 of 2019. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
