1. Heard Sri Bindhyachal Singh learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 336, 337, 338 and 304(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 153 and 154 of the Railway Act, 1989.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is Section Engineer in the railway. It is further submitted that Anil Kumar Assistant Engineer had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 27844 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 30.04.2024. It is next submitted that the facts of the case have been dealt in detail in the order dated 30.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 27844 of 2024. It is also submitted that Anil Kumar has

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P.S.
