2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating the Contempt Proceedings against the Opposite Party No.-2 for willfully and deliberately not complying with the direction issued on the basis of undertaking given before the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 28.03.2024 as well as order dated 09.03.2026 passed in CWJC No.-

Patna High Court MJC No.1014 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 3921/2023 by this Court by which the Opposite Party No.-2 was obliged to hand over the possession of the land to the petitioners within the stipulated time.

3. In the presence of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order now stands complied.
