07-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against these petitioners is commission of assault by farsa on the head of husband of informant, due to which, he got injured and fell down. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
