In the present writ application the petitioner has made prayer for payment of post-retiral dues as also arrears of salary for 67 days, Travelling and Clothe Allowances. It would be evident from the averments made in the counter affidavit that all the claims of the petitioner have been considered by the respondents and payments have been released in his favour.
