The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 626 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 366A, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Having regard to the material available in the case diary, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for
