This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 75/2023, arising out of Laukaha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1329/2022) registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and others have thrown bomb and thereafter looted the informant and materials have come during investigation in support of the allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29038 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 rejected herewith.
