JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 The instant application has come up for modification passed in Cr.Misc.No.22806 of 2015 vide order dated 02.09.2015 wherein the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks.

Unfortunately, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below during that period, hence, petitioner wants an extension of two weeks time to surrender in the court below. As such, petitioner is further directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks in connection with Complaint Case No.2707 of 2014 pending in the Court of SDJM, Gopalganj.

With the above modification only, the instant application is allowed.
